Q. How do I clean my pool? A. There are several easy ways to clean your
pool. We recommend a Polaris Pool Sweep for
large debris and a pool vacuum from your
filter system. There is also an upgraded
in-floor cleaning system available.
Q. What is the best way to heat our pool and
spa? A. Pools are
best heated by solar heating
for a comfortable 74-80 degree temperature.
Spa's require a gas fired heater to maintain
a 95-104 degree temperature.
Q. How much should I expect to pay in utilities? A. Your utility rates are controlled by your
utility company. Generally, your bills will
be about 30% more with a non-heated pool,
and 45% more for heated pools with spas.
For best results, install a high efficient plumbing system to improve water circulation.
Q. What do swimming pools cost? A. Generally, a belowground, finished pool
will start at $32,000. A medium-sized, finished
pool of about 500 square feet would start
at $35,000. Custom pools with landscaping,
lighting and a spa would start at $50,000.
